Refund & Cancellation Policy – Plus530 Adventure
At Plus530 Adventure, we aim to provide seamless and memorable travel experiences. We also understand that plans may change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair to both our guests and our partners.
1. Cancellation by Traveler
More than 30 days before departure:
100% refund of the trip cost, excluding any non-refundable hotel or service bookings.15–30 days before departure:
50% refund of the trip cost.Less than 15 days before departure / No-show:
Non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Plus530 Adventure
In the unlikely event that we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (minimum participation not met, safety concerns, or natural calamities), you will be offered either:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer to another trip of the same value at no additional cost.
3. Refund Timelines
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Components
Certain costs are non-refundable once booked on your behalf:
Hotel reservations (as per the property’s cancellation rules).
Third-party activities or permits.
Payment gateway charges, if any.
5. Date Changes & Transfers
Requests to reschedule your trip to another available date can be made up to 15 days before departure, subject to availability.
Only one date change is allowed per booking.
6. Force Majeure
In cases of events beyond our control (natural disasters, road closures, political unrest, pandemics, etc.), refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, factoring in third-party commitments already made.
